Deniz Aksoy, MBA

I graduated from Istanbul Technical University Industrial Engineering Department in 2006. I started my business life with internships at Koç Group, and transferred to Divan for a full-time position as a Human Resources Specialist. Then I worked as a Project Engineer in the automotive industry for 4 years. On the one hand, I carried out the projects in London, UK on site, on the other hand, I completed my MBA degree. Then I worked as a Software Analyst, Educational Technologies Specialist and Senior Art Director at Turkcell. As of the end of 2020, I ended my 15-year corporate life and switched to full-time teaching.

I started my teaching career at the Education Volunteers Foundation of Turkey when I was an ersite student and continued as an Internal Trainer at Turkcell. For 5 years, I have been organizing trainings with my content ready for different institutions and the content we have prepared specifically for the institution/team.


Ceren Yılmaz, MBA

After graduating from Doğuş University’s Department of International Relations with a scholarship and being the top student in the department in 2009, I continued my Master’s degree in Business Administration at Galatasaray University.

During my education at Galatasaray University, I worked as a research assistant. I started my corporate life in SAP Turkey by working in Training department. Then I continued my career in the retail industry as an internal auditor. I have a total of 12 years of audit experience, including Metro Gross Market Turkey and LC Waikiki. During this period, I conducted audits of the company’s internal processes, internal audits of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and operational processes, and internal training.

In addition to all these experiences, I provide training on the following subjects:


Güneş Acar, MD

I am a medical doctor, trainer and health communicator.
After graduating from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 2003, I completed my specialization in family medicine at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2008.

Between 2008-2019, I worked in medical affairs roles in national and transnational teams of international pharmaceutical companies. In this process, I managed dozens of projects and gave trainings to Turkish and foreign professionals.

Since January 2020, I have been working with companies, universities, municipalities, associations and agencies as a freelance medical consultant, trainer and health communicator.

I provide trainings with ready-made and tailored content on communication, presentation and health topics that most overlap with my experiences.


Işık Timuçin

After completing the Economics (English) department of Bilgi University with a scholarship in 2008, I completed the Department of Opticians at Ege University and then the Health Management master’s degree at Okan University.

I worked as a cabin attendant, optician, marketing communications and CRM manager in the private sector and taught at various universities. I have been working as a lecturer at Doğuş University since 2020.


Ali Derelioğlu, PMP

After graduating from METU Mechanical Engineering department in 2007, I started my working life as a design engineer at Toyota R&D center in Belgium, and after 3 years of design engineering in Japan, I decided to continue in Turkey.

First of all, I had the chance to design the interior of the minibus that changed the silhouette of the minibuses in Turkey. After this assignment, I met the Project Management discipline in 2013. For 8 years, I carried out more than 10 vehicle R&D and 10 P&D projects for the bus market in the automotive industry. I undersigned projects that were designed for the first time in Turkey, created a segment that did not exist, supported by TUBITAK and received a worldwide design award. Since 2016, as the Commercial Vehicles Bus Program Management Manager at a leading OEM company, I have been managing projects and programs for the creation, development and improvement of an OEM’s entire product range.

With the help of the PMP certificate I received in 2020 and the MBA I am about to complete, I strive to perform Project Management at world standards. For this purpose, I have been designing and giving trainings in the field of Project Management since December 2018.


Tutku Kocaman

I graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Chemical Engineering in 2020. Since 2021, I continue my master’s education with thesis in the MBA program of MEF University.

I worked as a Process and Governance Executive Candidate at Mayen Telecommunication from 2020-2021. I worked as a leader (process facilitator) until 2020 in the Competent Youth education program, which I started as a student in 2017. Since 2021, I have been working at Yetkin Gençler as both a Business Development Specialist and a Community Manager. At the same time, I give Modeling with Excel trainings in the Competent Youth training program.

I have been working as a Lab Lecturer in the Introduction to Business course at MEF University since 021.
